This Website provides information about roofing services available in the Central Coast region of NSW. Our licensed tradespeople provide roof repairs, replacements, restorations, metal roofing and guttering services to residential and commercial properties.
Central Coast Roofing is a licensed roofing contractor. All work is carried out by or under the supervision of appropriately licensed tradespeople in accordance with Australian Standards and relevant NSW regulations.
All quotes provided by Central Coast Roofing are written, no-obligation quotes provided prior to commencement of any work. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Pricing is based on the scope of work assessed during inspection. Any variation to scope agreed after the quote is issued will be communicated in writing before additional work is undertaken.
Central Coast Roofing provides a 10-year warranty on materials and labour for full roof replacements and major works, and a minimum 1-year workmanship warranty on repair work. Warranty conditions and coverage are detailed in your written quote and project documentation. Warranty claims must be made in writing to info@centralcoastroofing.au.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by events outside our control including extreme weather events, acts of nature, third-party interference, or failure by the property owner to maintain the property in accordance with our recommendations.
